ABSTRACT While education is essential for employability, people with disabilities often face barriers such as inadequate accommodations and limited access to adaptive technologies, hindering their equitable labor market participation. This research addresses these challenges by analyzing the roles of artificial intelligence (AI) digitalization in relationship between educational attainment employability among 33 high‐income countries from 2010 2022. Using a moderated moderation model, study evaluates how AI jointly influence levels employment outcomes. The analysis employs Hayes PROCESS macro bootstrapped confidence intervals ensure robustness accuracy estimating interaction effects. findings demonstrate that significantly enhances prospects individuals disabilities, stronger effects observed at intermediate advanced levels. serves critical moderator, amplifying positive impact creating learning environments fostering technical transversal skills. Digitalization complements this role providing infrastructure necessary integrate into systems, broadening resources, enabling flexible opportunities. further identifies effect, where combined strengthens effect on disabled people. These results highlight transformative potential improving quality inclusion persons an increasingly digitalized world.
