Purpose Transport and logistics companies (TLCs) are vital to the world's economies but they account for one-third of CO 2 emissions which damage environment, economy society. For managers policymakers help improve environmental performance TLCs, using dynamic capability (DC) theory as lens, a theoretical model was developed show how affects TLCs' support requirements economic social outcomes. This paper aims discuss aforementioned model. Design/methodology/approach All registered TLCs operating in Philippines were sent an invitation survey questionnaire, 218 responded with complete useable answers. From collected data, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) confirmatory (CFA) served evaluate study's scale accuracies. Comprehensive CFA marker technique helped detect correct common method bias (CMB).
