The study was conducted on the territory of "Nasibash" site Eurasian carbon polygon, where 9 vegetation communities were identified. approach to estimation and construction soil temperature distribution maps using Landsat 8-9 space images is presented. Evaluation response temperatures carried out indices: NDVI, GNDVI, EVI, CVI. use statistics obtained rasters made it possible reveal dependence values indices temperature. GNDVI demonstrated greatest relationship: r = 0.82, R 2 0.65. Further, effect individual plant evaluated. Plots with 4 (r=0.74, 0.55) 3 stages (r=0.47, 0.23) pine ( Pinus sylvesrtis L.) overgrowth hayfield (r=, 0.54, 0.29) showed highest correlations.

Urbanization is an important process in China’s urban development, significantly contributing to resource allocation and the cooperative development of neighboring cities. In recent years, remote-sensing technology has emerged as a powerful tool urbanization research. However, disparity between rural areas poses challenges evaluating degree within region. This paper addresses this issue by using LCZ (Local Climate Zone) data provide unified framework for analyzing human settlement environmental geographic dataset. study focuses on spatial transformation Guangzhou–Foshan from 2000 2020. The offer suitable examining urban–rural gradients, facilitating analysis characteristics under varying conditions. enables comprehensive spatiotemporal integration. results show that metropolitan area reveals region maintained “core–edge” structure over past 20 years. rate decelerated following policy changes 2010, with adjacent experiencing slower compared overall area. are effective comparative internal areas, offering novel approach studying integration amid development.

Climate change affects the characteristics of vegetation productivity. For north Russia and west Siberia, an increase in productivity NDVI index was noted due to temperature. Kazakhstan southeast Russia, opposite effect is observed: temperature leads a decrease value. The Bashkir State Nature Reserve (BSNR) located transition zone background area devoid anthropogenic impact. To obtain complete picture entire for territory reserve, methods analyzing Earth remote sensing data were used. Using from MODIS sensor, adjusted according Ufa weather station, maps distribution night daytime temperatures built. average values also determined. A significant influence on revealed: r = 0.87, R 2 0.75. assess territorial relationships SAGA GIS program using Regression: Multiply Regression Analysis (Grid Predictor Grids) tool, map spatial coefficient determination (R ) BPPZ An analysis showed that stands Urmantau ridge demonstrate greatest correlations 0.82), while settled sections Southern Kraka show weaker links with 0.62). Thus, there greater resistance steppe communities BSNR increases than pine-birch stands. demonstrates transitional state between conditions more northern territories which forests reserve oppressed by rising steppes.
