Rapid urbanization has led to severe fragmentation of ecological spaces in high-density metropolitan regions, threatening urban security and environmental well-being. While cities explore various restoration strategies, the systematic identification priority areas remains an urgent challenge, particularly due limitations multi-scale evaluation methods. This study develops integrated nested-scale analytical approach examine elements at central levels, using Metropolitan Nanjing as a case study. The framework combines Morphological Spatial Pattern Analysis (MSPA), Landscape Connectivity Analysis, INVEST Habitat Quality Assessment identify sources while employing multi-dimensional resistance system Circuit Theory Model for critical node assessment. findings reveal notable spatial overlap between pinch points barrier across scales, demonstrating importance coupling maintaining network stability. Through this analysis, 3297 are identified classified into three hierarchical categories, offering practical optimizing networks regions.

Evaluating the quality and establishing an ecological network are beneficial for maintaining ecosystem health stability optimizing national spatial pattern. This study used morphological pattern analysis (MSPA) remote sensing index (RSEI) to identify sources (ESs) in Shanxi section of Yellow River Basin (SYRB). Comprehensive resistance surface is constructed corrected based on weight. The corridor was identified by Linkage Mapper tool, node barrier points were determined basis minimum cost path theory establish security (ESP) SYRB. 108 ESs identified, with a total area 34,157.42 km2. unevenness distribution obvious concentrated areas higher elevations environmental quality. We 243 corridors (ECs), totaling 3,259.44 km. main land use types ECs cultivated land, forest, grassland. Low-resistance mainly distributed central pearl-shaped basin, connecting two major source east west. high-resistance southern part which had highly fragmented at periphery. 41 pinch points, Mianshan Mountain, plays key role energy exchange between ESs. 26 overlapped ECs, obstructed landscape connectivity. A comprehensive "two zones, one belt, three corridors" ESP established, providing solid theoretical support practical guidance future sustainable development enhanced design

Habitat fragmentation is an important factor affecting biodiversity conservation, and few studies have discussed the relationship between overall pattern of wetlands biological ecological functions. Based on this, this study proposed construction wetland conservation Ecological Networks (ENs) from perspective connectivity, a comprehensive framework for ENs. Firstly, key species were identified, habitat patches suitable egret migration analyzed by Morphological Spatial Pattern Analysis (MSPA) landscape connectivity index, sources determined based policy influence. The Minimum Cumulative Resistance (MCR) model was used to extract ENs, network evaluation gravity Hydrological analysis analyze "network − corridor node" respectively. results showed that: (1) in Haikou City relatively trivial, within insufficient. There 13 potential 17 extraction; (2) ENs tends be east Nandu River, tightness 0.038, low; (3) are 45 corridors 8 sources, mainly concentrated River; (4) Identify 115, 50 66 pinpoints, obstacle points break network, propose protection, optimization restoration strategies Comprehensive identification progressive will promote further systematization protection research.

Under the background of climate change, problems water resource allocation and desertification in arid areas are becoming increasingly prominent, which seriously threatens sustainable development society. Constructing an ecological network is important measure to improve environment maintain service function. This study takes Hexi Corridor as example relies on land use data from 2000 2020, comprehensively applies methods, such morphological spatial pattern analysis (MSPA), minimum cumulative resistance model (MCR), evaluation index construct optimize Corridor. Our results show: (1) distribution landscape elements was not uniform that foundation north poor; (2) surface “low south high north”, with low-value mainly located Jiuquan City, Zhangye Wuwei high-value were middle City City; (3) source areas, corridors, nodes showed a fluctuating upward trend, they southwest (4) closure (α), line point rate (β), connectivity (γ) W-shaped change trend; (5) after optimization, 22 new 78 61 added, result, α, β, γ indices all increased. provide reference for restoration research serve regionally balanced means sustainably developing

The convolutional neural networks (CNNs) functioning on geometric learning for the urban large-scale 3D meshes are indispensable because of their substantial, complex, and deformed shape constitutions. To address this issue, we proposed a novel Geometry-Aware Multi-Source Sparse-Attention CNN (GeoSparseNet) triangular mesh classification task. GeoSparseNet leverages non-uniformity to depict both broad flat areas finely detailed features by adopting multi-scale kernels. By operating edges prepare subsequent convolutions, our method exploits inherent geodesic connections utilizing Large Kernel Attention (LKA) based Pooling Unpooling layers maintain topology accurate predictions. Learning which in face collapse, establishes task-oriented process where network highlights enhances crucial while eliminating unnecessary ones. Compared previous methods, innovative approach outperforms them significantly directly processing extensive data, resulting more discerning feature maps.
