Education, science and technology, talent are significant factors driving economic growth. Coordinating the integrated development of education, is not only an important way to achieve themselves, but it also a crucial path sustainable development. The research objectives this paper explore coupling coordination relationship among three subsystems investigate their spatiotemporal pattern evolution characteristics. This paper, based on panel data from 30 provinces in China 2001 2022, constructs evaluation index system for “education–science technology–talent” (EST) dimensions: talent. It comprehensively employs methods such as evolution, LISA time path, spatial transitions evaluate level China’s EST. results indicate following: (1) During period, EST shows upward trend, with educational subsystem being most prominent. (2) has differentiation characteristic, generally showing decreasing trend eastern central western regions. (3) In terms stability pattern, relatively stable, there no shift during period. study provides new method complex systems offers reference growth many developing countries.

This study utilizes an evolutionary game model theoretically analyze mechanisms of stakeholders’ strategic tendencies following ecotourism. Empirically, using panel data from 276 prefecture-level cities across China 2010 2019, establishment was treated as a “quasi-natural experiment”. A multi-period difference-in-differences employed evaluate inhibitory effects on its underlying pathways ecological zones. theoretical mechanism reveals that, after area policies, local governments, enterprises, tourists tend choose behaviors.
