(1) Teeth, in humans, represent the most resilient tissues. However, exposure to concentrated acids might lead their dissolving, thus making human identification difficult. Teeth often contain dental restorations from materials that are even more acid impact. This paper aims introduce a novel method for 3D reconstruction of patterns as crucial step digital records. (2) With combination modern methods, including micro-computed tomography, cone-beam computer and attenuated total reflection, conjunction with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy artificial intelligence convolutional neural network algorithms, this presents 3D-dental-pattern reconstruction, remains identification. Our research studies morphology teeth, bone, (amalgam, composite, glass-ionomer cement) under different periods 75% sulfuric acid. (3) results reveal significant volume loss enamel, dentine, well cement. The also resistance by composite amalgam impact acid, serving strong parts dental-pattern mosaic. probably introduces first successful application automated-forensic-CBCT segmentation. (4) Interdisciplinary cooperation, utilizing mentioned technologies, can solve problem 2D projections over existing ante-mortem

In recent years, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) has become increasingly popular in dentistry because it facilitates process diagnosis and clinical decision-making. However, AI holds multiple prominent drawbacks, which restrict its wide application today. It is necessary for dentists to be aware AI's pros cons before implementation. Therefore, present study was conducted comprehensively review various applications all dental branches along with advantages disadvantages. For this article, a complete query carried out on PubMed Google Scholar databases studies published during 2010-2022 were collected using keywords "Artificial Intelligence", "Dentistry," "Machine learning," "Deep "Diagnostic System." Ultimately, 116 relevant articles focused selected evaluated. In new research detecting abnormalities oral malignancies based radiographic view histopathological features, designing implants crowns, determining tooth preparation finishing line, analyzing growth patterns, estimating biological age, predicting viability pulp stem cells, gene expression periapical lesions, forensic dentistry, success rate treatments, have been mentioned. Despite benefits three controversial challenges including ease use, financial return investment, evidence performance exist need managed. As evidenced by obtained results, most crucial progression malignancies' diagnostic systems. newest advancements require further scientific work being applied practice. Moreover, immense only achievable when are appropriately managed.

Introduction: In the present era, individuals have ability to improve their study organization, attendance in classes, and use of mnemonics via utilization contemporary technology. The open AI-based application Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (ChatGPT) dentistry is a developing domain, integration this technology into dental education relies on accessibility efficacy AI technology, as well readiness institutions adopt it. Furthermore, it crucial contemplate possible ethical ramifications associated with field dentistry, need for practitioners adequate training its use. order include curriculum, thorough evaluation consultation specialists would be necessary. This aimed determine whether more effective than conventional teaching methods undergraduate students. Method: Comparative research was conducted at Shri. Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Medical Rural Development Foundation's Dental College, Ahmednagar. Computer-generated random numbers were used divide 100 students two groups. Each group consists 50 A didactic lecture given using PowerPoint (Redmond, WA: Microsoft Corp.) both Group textbooks read B Transformer. An online questionnaire Google Forms (Menlo Park, CA: LLC), which had been pre-validated, sent email pre- post-test scores are then compared t-test. Result: calculated t-value 12.263 (at 81 degrees freedom) p-value 0.000, less 0.01. Therefore, null hypothesis rejected, concluded that method ChatGPT high significant difference. Also, observed mean higher post-test. Conclusion: It has from traditional learning understanding ChatGPT.
