In this paper, a hybrid metaheuristic-based Machine learning approach has been propounded for the classification of various Chronic Diseases (CDs). The CDs often get misdiagnosed due to issues viz., similar and overlapping symptoms, sensitive devices, lack clinical experts, etc. Based on above issues, study utilized fusion Particle Swarm Optimization with Random Forest (PSORF) automatic identification CDs. PSORF comprises two main components: PSO obtaining minimal optimal feature set, also optimize performance RF classifier, classifier multiple research, five different CD datasets have deployed onto series experiments conducted identify best To address imbalanced incomplete data in used, Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) Expected Minimization (EM) Imputation techniques applied before training model. This ensures quality is improved being used analysis. Furthermore, classifiers compared other metaheuristic ML terms metrics. For purpose, Friedman's tests employed calculate mean ranks all across results showed that proposed technique achieved highest rank Accuracy, F-measure, Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) four datasets.

In the past few years, fog computing (FC) has emerged as a promising complement to cloud computing. It offers reduced latency, minimal bandwidth consumption, and real-time data transfer. healthcare, particularly in IoT-enabled systems, FC integration become pivotal for monitoring immediate transfer health experts. The researchers all around world proposed developed various communication frameworks come up with certain outputs terms of quality-of-service parameters (QoS). However, these QoS are not always appropriate effective execution application. Following that, this study explores multi-objective Optimization Algorithms (such FFLY GWO) optimize crucial quality service (QoS) metrics using linear function multi objectives, essential sustained communication. research focuses on optimizing objectives healthcare systems. Experimental results reveal superiority Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) over Firefly Algorithm (FFLY). This emphasizes significance optimisation algorithms critical successful frameworks, which can lead improvements efficiency.
