Water temperature in rivers and reservoirs plays a crucial role aquatic ecology, as inadequate conditions can promote the overgrowth of harmful algae bacteria, resulting production toxins for human animal health, affecting water quality. To effectively manage resources, continuous monitoring these bodies is crucial. However, existing technological devices rarely offer real-time data collection, necessitating an alternative approach. The aim this study was to compare performance four machine learning models (Linear Regression, Stochastic Model, Extra Tree, Multilayer Perceptron Neural Network) estimating Pernambuco, Brazil's reservoirs. Statistical metrics showed that all achieved satisfactory capacity, with Network demonstrating slightly superior where it obtained best result Mean Squared Error: 0.343, Root 0.585, Absolute 0.445 Coefficient Determination: 0.595. Consequently, MLPNN model chosen development virtual sensors. In addition interface allows users access map obtain estimated information various locations, facilitating informed decision-making resource management.

Perovskite photodetectors (PPDs) may have an exciting commercial impact owing to their excellent device performance and affordability. However, enhance competitiveness in the industry, a few technological aspects of PPDs, such as scalability, robustness, weight, semitransparency, still require further improvement. This work focuses on scalable fabrication PPDs plastic substrates using slot-die coating techniques employing dielectric–metal–dielectric (DMD) transparent top contacts. The DMD provides devices with bifaciality feature. device's functional layers are deposited technique, whereas contacts thermal evaporation. fabricated demonstrate remarkable high factor visible spectrum.
