In human-robot hybrid intelligent warehouses, pallets often come in various shapes and sizes, posing challenges for AGVs to automate pallet picking. This, turn, reduces the overall operational efficiency of warehouse. To address this issue, paper proposes a lightweight component segmentation network using dual-attention mechanism achieve precise pallet's stringer board accurate localization slots. overcome challenge redundant computations existing semantic models, which are unable balance spatial details high-level information, utilizes dual-branch attention within an encoder-decoder architecture effectively capture details. On basis, residual structure is introduced reduce parameters, addressing issues like vanishing exploding gradients during training. Due lack public image dataset, was tested custom-made dataset. The results show that by extracting intermediate-, low-, features from input images integrating them construct multi-scale images, types can be achieved with limited annotated images. Furthermore, comprehensively evaluate model's robustness, additional experiments were conducted under varying illumination conditions background noise levels. demonstrate proposed method identify locate multi-category targets while maintaining high accuracy different lighting interferences, verifying robustness complex warehousing environments. With the widespread use of autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs), avoiding collisions has become a challenging problem. Addressing issue is not straightforward since production efficiency, collision avoidance, and energy consumption are conflicting factors. This paper proposes novel edge computing method based on vehicle intelligence to solve energy-efficient collision-free machine/AGV scheduling First, architecture was built, corresponding state transition diagrams for were developed. Second, problem modeled as multi-objective function with electric capacity constraints, where prevention, conservation comprehensively considered. Third, an artificial plant community algorithm explored AGVs. The proposed utilizes heuristic search swarm multiple AGVs realize suitable deploying embedded platforms computing. Finally, benchmark dataset developed, some experiments conducted, results revealed that could effectively instruct automatic avoid high efficiency.

To achieve the elimination of negative impacts transport on road safety, European Union is taking various measures resulting from its commitment to improve safety.
