Tackling climate change at the city level: insights from Lighthouse Cities' climate mitigation efforts

In this context, we present planning framework complementing public transit (PT) with other cost-effective mobility systems, such car-sharing (CS) improve performance in terms of connectivity accessibility. These metrics evaluated by using the suitably introduced Connectivity Accessibility Index (CAI).
