Introduction
The
transition
to
higher
education
can
be
challenging
for
many
students,
requiring
developing
skills
and
strategies
help
them
overcome
various
challenges.
Adjustment
university
is
a
multifaceted
process
involving
several
dimensions.
Given
the
difficulty
that
significant
percentage
of
students
face
in
this
process,
lack
adaptation
has
been
widely
studied,
as
it
often
associated
with
academic
failure
dropping
out
school.
To
mitigate
these
risks,
career
interventions
have
emerged
an
essential
support,
helping
develop
personal
resources
such
resilience,
time
management,
decision-making
capacity.

promoting
adjustment
success
first-year
undergraduate
or
integrated
master’s
evaluating
participants’

This

ABSTRACT
This
study
evaluates
a
group‐based
career
psychology
intervention
delivered
face‐to‐face
and
online
to
enhance
employability
resources
among
unemployed
individuals.
Grounded
in
Social
Cognitive
Career
Theory,
the
focused
on
fostering
self‐awareness,
exploration,
goal
setting.
Qualitative
quantitative
analyses
showed
positive
reactions,
increased
engagement,
alignment
with
intervention's
objectives.
However,
challenges
such
as
emotional
resistance

issues

identified.

findings,
recommendations
include
flexible
