Paradox theory offers a unique approach through which the complex and often conflicting aspects of corporate sustainability (CS) can be addressed. Although growing body literature has focused on organizational-level outcomes paradox to sustainability, we know less about how such an creates business contributions sustainable development beyond organization (societal sustainability). The present study addresses this gap in research qualitative meta-analysis 32 empirical case studies. Research on sustainable entrepreneurship increasingly recognizes the transformative potential of digital technologies to mitigate and counteract grand environmental social challenges through entrepreneurial action. However, this emerging field research, referred as entrepreneurship, is currently dispersed fragmented lacks consolidated foundation progress further. This article further establishes nascent stream by conducting a systematic literature review offering two main contributions. Stakeholder interaction is increasingly recognised as an essential component of sustainable business models (SBMs), playing important role for value propositions, creation and capture. However, research on the potential contribution stakeholder has been fragmented not comprehensively examined. In response, a systematic literature review was conducted to provide understanding topic. Forty-seven articles were systematically selected thematically analysed according SBM elements. Key findings demonstrate that (i) organisations need consider five preconditions can influence in SBMs; (ii) plays different roles depending if organisation develops or innovates existing BM towards sustainability; (iii) multifaceted reciprocal regard capture; (iv) while importance interacting with broad range stakeholders recognised, it still often treated add-on focus customers suppliers.
