Identifying Digital Transformation Paths in the Business Model of SMEs during the COVID-19 Pandemic

The objective of this study was to analyze how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) cope with environmental changes due the COVID-19 pandemic by pursuing business model transformation support digital technologies. To achieve objective, used a multiple case design qualitative analysis examine data obtained from interviews, observation, field visits. Seven manufacturing SMEs Indonesia were selected using theoretical sampling technique, purpose achieving some degree variation allow us undertake replication logic. Our demonstrates that adopt different transformations, which can be summarized into three paths, depending on firms' contextual factors. First, high level maturity who respond challenges accelerating transition toward digitalized firms; second, experiencing liquidity issues but low decide digitalize sales function only; and, third, have very limited literacy are supported social capital. User Innovativeness and Fintech Adoption in Indonesia

Impact of Perceived Organizational Support on Work Engagement: Mediating Mechanism of Thriving and Flourishing
