Cet article vise à évaluer la durabilité de chaîne d'approvisionnement en fruits et légumes (CAF & L) ville Meknès au Maroc dans le contexte crise sanitaire du Covid-19. Durant cette crise, nouvelles pratiques d'achat plus durables ont émergé (l'achat mutualisé proximité, réduction des pertes…) fait ainsi évoluer CAF L vers un processus durabilité. Notre méthode a été basée sur calcul performance 12 indicateurs composant 5 dimensions (les territoriale, économique, sociale, écologique sécurité alimentaire). L'enquête menée auprès 120 acteurs révélé que s'est améliorée 30,73 points pendant période strict confinement. En revanche, l'étude montré certains domaines sont encore vulnérables, comme l'absence couverture sociale salariés faible coordination L.

Recently, the food supply chain (FSC) has been severely disrupted due to COVID-19 pandemic, putting vital flow of products from farmers and producers ultimate consumers at risk. Furthermore, several organizations have prompted rethink their strategies for future. Although literature on FSC research in era is increasing, no attempt made summarize this stream using bibliometric techniques. To limit the spread of COVID-19, a strict lockdown was imposed in France between March and May 2020. Mobility limitations closure non-essential public places (restaurants, open-air markets, etc.) affected peoples' food environment (FE) thus their purchasing practices (FPPs). This study aimed to explore changes FPPs French households during associations with individual environmental factors.In April 2020 from Mont'Panier cross-sectional (n = 306), quota sampling survey conducted south France, were asked complete an online questionnaire about related factors, including perceived FE (distance closest general store, perception increased prices, etc.). Objective (presence, number, proximity, density outlets) assessed around participant's home using geographical information system. Multiple correspondence analysis based on frequency use quantity purchased by outlet, followed hierarchical cluster analysis, resulted identification clusters. Logistic regression models performed assess identified clusters household's sociodemographic characteristics, perceived, objective FE.Five identified. Cluster "Supermarket" (38% total sample), which reduced trips, but bought supermarkets lockdown, associated lower incomes prices. "E-supermarket" (12%), shopping pickup at supermarket, higher incomes. "Diversified" (22%), made up who trips diverse outlet types, "Organic Food Store" (20%), did not change nor organic stores, being older (35-50 y vs. <35 y). Finally, "Producer" (8%), includes regularly producers, mostly these purchases presence store within 1-km walking distance home.This highlighted overall more significant than indicators.

The COVID-19 pandemic implied a disruption of several consumer practices, which offers an opportunity to explore experiences and possibilities switch toward more sustainable lifestyles with reduced consumption. This article asks if there is long-term transformative potential climate friendly consumption practices embedded in these new experiences. By the use qualitative interviews, explores learning gained by “mainstream” consumers Sweden Ireland. Objetivo: proponer un modelo conceptual para el análisis del consumo de alimentos en contexto sustentabilidad durante la pandemia por Covid-19. Metodología: revisión bibliográfica sistemática mediante búsqueda datos Web of Science y Scopus artículos. Se seleccionaron los investigación original, publicados desde inicio diciembre 2019 sobre comportamiento sustentabilidad. Resultados: se identificaron factores externos como estímulos objetos entre que encontraron, precio, disponibilidad, oferta online, calidad, variedad, reconocimiento, responsabilidad social seguridad alimentaria, psicológicos encuentran riesgo percibido fuerza evento Covid-19, afectan estado interno consumidor, conducen a compra lo postula estímulo-organismo-respuesta. Limitaciones: dificultad acceso estudios suscripción restringió investigaciones abierto, limitó dos bases datos. Conclusiones: bajo este puede cuantificar efecto Covid-19 consumidor analizar cómo esto provoca sustentables.
