Exploring Food Supply Chain Trends in the COVID-19 Era: A Bibliometric Review

Recently,
the
food
supply
chain
(FSC)
has
been
severely
disrupted
due
to
COVID-19
pandemic,
putting
vital
flow
of
products
from
farmers
and
producers
ultimate
consumers
at
risk.
Furthermore,
several
organizations
have
prompted
rethink
their
strategies
for
future.
Although
literature
on
FSC
research
in
era
is
increasing,
no
attempt
made
summarize
this
stream
using
bibliometric
techniques.
This
paper
fills
knowledge
gap
looks
current
scholarly
discourse
around
COVID-19.
Applying
techniques,
287
journal
articles
were
extracted
Scopus
analyzed

used
