Purpose Creating visibility in the supply chain (SC) helps making it resilient. Integrating SC with Industry 4.0 key enabling technologies creates and sustainability SCs. It also fosters intelligent decision-making, thereby a smart. However, how affect performance indicators (KPIs) of resilient may help achieve is rarely studied. Design/methodology/approach Sixteen KPIs were identified from literature review analyzed using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) expert opinions. Further, sensitivity analysis was conducted for by varying weightage criteria. Later, results analyzed, (1) which technology improve KPI? (2) Resilience relationship sustainability? discussed. Findings The analyses show that time-oriented (TO) an essential criterion organizational (OR) less important comparatively. Lead time, time to market risk assessment frequency are top need focus. Blockchain, Big Data Cyber-physical systems enhance KPI's value and, turn, foster economic, environmental social better decision terms smart contracts, forecasting enhanced real-time information sharing. Originality/value Identification KPIs, impact on sustainability; this kind interplay evident literature. Understanding findings research will managers develop work intelligently overcome risks associated sustainability. Academicians can use conduct future limitations research.

Purpose Supply chain resilience and knowledge management (KM) processes have received increasing attention from researchers practitioners. Nevertheless, previous studies often treat the two streams of literature independently. Drawing on knowledge-based theory, this study aims to reconcile these different examine how when KM influence supply resilience. Design/methodology/approach This research develops a conceptual model test sample data 203 Chinese manufacturing firms using structural equation modeling method. Specifically, current empirically examines affect forms (supply readiness, responsiveness recovery) moderating effect blockchain technology adaptation organizational inertia relationship between Findings The findings show that positively three dimensions resilience, i.e., recovery. Besides, reveals adoption moderates relationships whereas negatively above relationships. Originality/value linked areas processes, further bridging gap in exploration field.
