Abstract The prevention of COVID-19, caused by SARS-CoV-2, involves reducing transmission infectious respiratory droplets and aerosols with different methods, including the use face masks. There have been a variety studies published about effectiveness masks — they recognised as an inexpensive yet expedient method. In this research we aimed to investigate microbial contamination used compare results based on mask usage time determine efficiency facial against COVID-19. Microbiological 51 was analysed imprinting method suitable cultivation agars colony forming units were determined. majority microorganisms found in our study those normal human skin tract microbiota. A greater number bacterial species outsides masks, which furthermore increased prolonged time. We conclude that is effective both detaining excreted well protecting wearer from microbes air, therefore, should be implemented strategies diseases. This study aimed to explore how Iranian system experienced paradigm shift during and determine that need improvement era. Method qualitative was conducted 2021. A framework analysis approach used analyze content 19 semi-structured interviews with experts from Shiraz University Medical Sciences (SUMS). The interviews‘ audio files changed into transcript after each session data saturated at interview. The world faced COVID-19, which was a threat to public health and disturbed the educational system economic stability. Educational institutes were closed for longer period, students difficulty complete their syllabus. government adopted policy of “suspending classes without stopping learning” continue education activities. However, student satisfaction with online is growing concern. Satisfaction an important indicator academic quality. Therefore, this study attempts investigate influencing factors behind learning using information from 335 various in Pakistan. This research examined impact computer internet knowledge, instructor course material, Learning Management Systems (LMS) on satisfaction. path coefficients obtained via Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).
