The purpose of the study was to examine relationship between school as a learning organisation (SLO) and teacher job satisfaction in general education Latvia. This also examined depending on type (primary, elementary secondary school), size, geographical location school, teacher’s work experience, workload whether has one or more jobs. A structured questionnaire eight dimensions Latvian SLO model used, which developed within project, “A tool support implementation approach educational institutions”. sample included 478 teachers from 62 institutions significant found all not type, experience workload; however, data reveal that who have almost full-time employment at those only are satisfied with their work.

Though many scholars have examined the effects of professional learning communities on teachers and students globally, research in Malaysian context is limited. This study relationship between teachers' job satisfaction, with trust colleagues as mediator emotional intelligence moderator. Data was collected from 307 working at public primary schools Malaysia. analysis done using structural equation modeling help statistical software SmartPLS. Study findings revealed a direct, significant, positive effect satisfaction. Also, exerted partial mediating effect, whereas showed negative moderating effect. In the ongoing endeavour to increase student learning, restructuring schools into professional learning communities (PLCs) remains a popular strategy globally. Multiple studies have investigated positive outcomes associated with PLCs for students and teachers, but limited knowledge exists about factors well-functioning PLCs, such as leadership, organisation, policies, staff composition. We apply machine (ML) explore relationships between wide range of school using Teaching Learning International Survey (TALIS) 2018.
