Research background: The present article concerns small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), their attitudes towards sustainable growth, social environmental impact in V4 nations. In the current economic situation, it is imperative to understand SMEs' perception sustainability aspects, not only about understanding but also believing they are significant for firms' sustainability. Method: A qualitative comparative method was employed, involving 35 informants, including SME owners, workers, key stakeholders. Smart destination competitiveness: underscoring its impact on economic growth
