Abstract Business ethics represents an important aspect that influences each country’s socio-economic system, and is to society, environment, economy. The present article aims define significant attributes of business in the sector small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) compares their attitudes within three most sectors Visegrad Group countries (V4 countries: Czech Republic, Slovak Poland, Hungary). An empirical study, focusing on firms, was conducted June 2022 through reputable hired company MNFORCE, using Computer Assisted Web Interviewing research method. total number respondents 1,398. This study investigates the sustainability level of small industries that have persevered for up to three generations in rural areas Indonesia, addressing significant issue high failure rates among industries. Utilizing Triple Bottom Line framework, this examined economic, social, and environmental performance four thrived multiple Indonesia. Data collection involved semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), secondary company data. Thematic analysis principles using N-Vivo 12 software were applied analyze qualitative data, while RAP 2016 version R was used assessing index status. The research findings revealed status survived predominantly unsustainable.
