This study uses text mining technology to construct an index of digital transformation and discusses the impact on enterprise innovation its mechanisms from theoretical empirical perspectives. It also analyzes whether can significantly enhance enterprises' value through innovation. The findings are presented as follows: first, has a positive significant innovation, this finding holds true when we conduct robustness testing endogeneity processing. Second, influence varies according size, ownership, industry. Third, risk-taking plays intermediary role between Fourth, incentive effect enhancement function with two-year lag, while it lacks in current year, following or next three years. Research on the Relationship between Digital Transformation and Performance of SMEs
