Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the most important pillars of Indonesia’s economy. It has considerable contribution in providing employment informal sector. However, high absorption labor accompanied by increased number MSMEs Indonesia cannot be separated from existing challenges. This study aims to analyze determinants Micro Small sector (MSEs). MSEs actors tourism village area, Patuk sub-district, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. research is focused on role type business status village. The analytical tool used robust ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. results showed that turnover length had a real impact increasing workers according Other findings show handicraft businesses highest with developed status, followed service, processed food, trade sectors. same also shown developing tourist villages. potential villages advantages employment. Therefore, policymakers need formulate strategies for development improve welfare local communities.

The sustainability of Bandung City MSMEs businesses is an important factor in reducing the problem unemployment levels and improving economy City. Rumah BUMN one government's efforts to support businesses. This research aims find out how much influence entrepreneurship training has on business fostered by Bandung. focuses 96 who have actively participated training, programs or events at least 3 times. study using survey method with a descriptive verification quantitative approach. Data collection was carried through distributing questionnaires literature studies. data analysis technique for this uses simple linear regression analysis. In Addition, t-test coefficient determination were used test sustainability. shows that Entrepreneurship Training can around 79.3% UMKN guided Bandung, while 20.7% UMKM be influenced other factors such as managerial, innovative aspects external support.

This study measured the relationship between of financial management capabilities and sustainable sales growth selected small medium enterprises using demographic characteristics as a mediating variable. Explanatory survey was used research design.
