In this paper, we examine how green communication impacts luxury hotel bookings using data from China. To determine whether has an impact on guests’ decision-making processes, 384 questionnaires were distributed across four major Chinese cities, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. Among the mediators moderators perceived brand integrity, intrinsic motivation, environmental knowledge. Results indicate that combinations of integrity motivation affect booking intentions along with knowledge, according to results study. Luxury hospitality managers can use research develop a theoretical framework for sustainable consumers.
