This study examines the association between marketing intelligence and competitive advantage in telecommunications companies Egypt. Specifically, it investigates role of product innovation from managers' perspective as a mediator. The quantitative method was applied. Primary data collected through an online questionnaire managers dealing with A convenience sampling technique used. sample size 400 valid responses 384. Data analyzed via (SPSS v22). findings confirm significant advantage, mediates that association. Additionally, model has high ability to predict innovation. recommends should depend more on speed up achieve compared competitors.

This study aims to investigate the role of customer knowledge management (CKM) in achieving competitive advantage (CA) through innovation capability (IC) and firm age as a moderator between IC CA.This uses quantitative approach with Smart PLS 3.0 multivariate Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis.Data were collected from survey 210 business people selected using purposive method.The first inclusion criterion is running micro, small, or medium enterprise (MSME) beekeeping industry (with sizes determined based on number workers, assets, turnover stipulated Law Republic Indonesia No. 20 2008 concerning MSMEs.The second having been for at least ten years.The findings show that mediates CKM CA.There are also positive impacts IC, CA, CA.The results indicate young firms have higher empowering them obtain confirms CKM, CA intangible assets sensitive age.However, this limited honey product MSMEs East Java respondents aged years above.Nonetheless, can inform future studies other dynamic MSME products food non-food sectors, especially post-crisis context, such COVID-19 pandemic.Understanding help sector bounce back after crisis so it contribute GDP economy.

In this article, the relationship between knowledge of competitors and development new products in field capital medical equipment has been investigated. order to identify criteria for measuring competitors’ developing products, marketing experts were interviewed then a researcher-made questionnaire was compiled distributed among statistical sample research. To analyze gathered data, structural equation modeling (SEM) method used SMART PLS 2 software estimate model K-MEAN approach cluster market based on actual potential competitors. The results have shown that positive significant effect market.
