The production of biopesticides is challenged by the high costs and formulation. For this reason, concentration biological broth through advanced technologies such as membrane separation process (MSP) an attractive alternative for enhancing control action biopesticides. purpose study was to perform MSP in 40 fermented broths bioagents obtained a bioscreening evaluate potential Chrysodeixis includens, Spodoptera frugiperda, Euschistus heros. collected biomaterials were surface sterilized, placed Petri dishes with Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA), underwent submerged fermentation at 28°C 120 rpm seven days. Afterward, centrifuged 4,000 10°C 10 min filtered vacuum pump. Finally, assays submitted 0.45-μm nylon membrane. rate varied up 100% after C. includens E. S. frugiperda 40%. Appropriately, indicated promising results technology biopesticide formulation process, based on optimization improvement injurious pests.
