The high-quality development of tourism is crucial to the sustainable regional economy. To evaluate development, this paper has developed an index system with 6 second-level indicators and 24 third-level used methods entropy-weight, AHP, TOPSIS empirically assess 9 cities in Fujian Province. According results, there are obvious differences From 2016 2019, overall trend Province was consistent, showing a steady upward trend. Green best performance, which less affected by COVID-19. Fuzhou Xiamen contribute most Province, while other lagging behind for various reasons lack innovation shared two them. Analyzing the coupling coordination interactions of higher education (HE) and digital economy (DE) to achieve sustainable growth is crucial. Thus, we constructed interaction mechanism comprehensive evaluation system two subsystems measure their interactions; then, processed temporal-spatial analysis development status degree (CCD) in case China.
