Moving
toward
a
smart
university
has
become
necessity
to
bridge
the
gaps
between

studies
focused

technical
approach

developed
countries.The
purpose
study
is
examine
effect
knowledge
management
(KM)
infrastructure
development
Saudi
Arabia.Academic
staff
from
top
five
universities
country
were
population
study.A
stratified
sampling
was
used
collect
data
202
academic
staff.The
analysed
using
partial
least
square
4.0.The
findings
showed
that
KM
its
practices,
creation,
sharing,
utilization,
continuous
learning
professional
affected
positively
university.In
addition,
dimension
physical
digital
have
positive
university.Infrastructure
also
mediated
university.More
investment
can
enhance
utilization
foster
university.
