Purpose This paper examines the impact of green human resource management (GHRM) practices on employees’ pro-environmental behavior in Pakistan’s hospitality industry. It attempts to identify critical success factors involved promoting GHRM and behaviors at workplace using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) cross-impact matrix multiplication applied classification (MICMAC) approaches.
