The Mediating Role of Price in Service Quality for MSME Product Purchases

This research examines how price and service quality affect MSME product purchases influences in the purchasing process Indonesia. For this study, 96 clients Indonesia chosen by simple random sampling were given online questionnaires as part of a quantitative project that used an survey methodology with Google Forms. A five-point Likert scale was to create survey, which shared on social media. Using data processing tools SmartPLS version 3.0 software, analysis is done using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS).The study's conclusions show has substantial positive influence can act mediating factor for indirect effect pricing decisions buy (p<0.05). In addition, significantly R squared indicates moderate together (0.488). However, impact f square size (f = 0.023) role minimal. All things considered, PLS model reasonable robustness check (sample linearity heterogeneity are met), high goodness fit index (0.548 > 0.36), acceptable SRMR (0.087 < 0.10).

With the development of digital technology, tasks such as carbon neutrality have emerged global issues because climate crisis. Digital transformation (DT) and environmental, social, corporate governance (ESG) management already become strategic requirements on agenda management, but theories empirical research how to affect performance through ESG are lacking. This study examined intrinsic mechanism DT based theory a resource-based view (RBV). In addition, theoretical framework mediating variables was constructed. The ‘Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM)’ used verify hypotheses derived from literature.
