SMEs’
internationalization
research
focused
mainly
on
measuring
their
international
performance,
especially
in
IT-based
and
knowledge-intensive
industries
while
little
attention
was
paid
to
investigating
the
opportunity-based
view
of
firm
context
traditional
SMES.
The
main
objectives
present
study
were
twofold.
First,
building
internationalization,
this
investigated
opportunity
identification
(IOI)
exploitation
(IOE)
among
Chinese
SMEs.
Second,
examined
direct
influence
SMEs
managers'
adaptive
marketing
capabilities
(AMCs),
global
mindset
(GM),
collaborative
intensity
(CI)
IOI
IOE
with
emphasis
potential
moderating
environmental
dynamism
(ED).
initial
phase
employed
exploratory
interviews
eight
managers.
Exploratory
findings
showed
that
adopt
both
entrepreneurial
non-entrepreneurial
behaviors
identifying
exploiting
opportunities.
Later,
an
empirical
investigation
using
327
valid
responses
from
managers/founders
internationalized
China
AMCs,
GM,
CI
had
a
significant
positive
IOE.
Further,
ED
found
play
impact
relationship
between
AMCs
IOI,
GM

paper
ends
clarifying
set
theoretical
practical
implications.

The
concept
of
sustainability
practices
by
Small
and
Medium-sized
Enterprises
(SMEs)
is
often
ignored,
specifically
in
developing
countries.
This
requires
optimal
attention,
considering
the
significant
role
SMEs
economic
growth
collective
impact
on
ecological
environment.
Therefore,
this
study
aimed
to
analyze
collaboration
innovation
business
performance.
A
total
169
samples
were
obtained
from
metal
manufacturing
companies
located
Tegal,
Klaten,
Greater
Jakarta
regions
through
purposive
sampling.
results
showed
that
significantly
positively
affected
practices,
using
SEM-PLS
analysis.
Innovation
also
influenced
Furthermore,
positive
impacts
performance
mediated
practices.
Sustainability
performance,
showing
enhancement
commitment
was
required
achieve
Sustainable
Development
Goals
(SDGs)
without
sacrificing
growth.
From
results,

recommended

future
