The purpose of this systematic literature review is to identify trends in Green HRM research related sustainability over the past decade and determine how green human management (GHRM) sustainability, its antecedents, level implementation. Employees' green innovation behavior is a key factor in enterprises' promotion of development strategies. Combining social information processing and exchange theory, this article considers workers' organizational commitment (GOC) as mediating construct knowledge sharing moderating establishes model the influence human resource management (GHRM) on conduct company settings. An empirical analysis 436 employees from 28 high-tech enterprises Fujian Province shows that GHRM has positive significant bearing conduct. GOC interaction between employees' moderates positively effect commitment. Therefore, we propose stimulating by implementing GHRM, focusing demand creating knowledge-sharing atmosphere.

Drawing on the social exchange theory (SET) and self-determination (SDT), present study aims to examine impact of green human resource management (GHRM) practices organizational innovation, employee creativity, career development competency in SME context Cambodia. Günümüzde küreselleşmeyle birlikte artan kaynak kıtlığı beraberinde çevre sorunlarının da artmasına ve buna bağlı olarak iş dünyasında farklı problemlerin ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Bu çözümü işletmelerin çevreye daha duyarlı çevreci politikalar yürütmesine yön vermiş olup sürdürülebilir uygulamalar seçmelerine yol açmıştır. Yeşil İnsan Kaynakları bu uygulamaların başında gelmektedir. İK, sürdürülebilirlik kavramını sorunlarını uygulayan, aktaran insan kaynakları yönetimi yaklaşımıdır. İK yönetimi, işletmelerde bilincinin oluşmasını sağlayan, çalışanlara bilinci entegre eden, işe alım süreçlerinde bunu kurum kültürüne uygulayan bir ortamı sunmayı teşvik eden yaklaşımdır. bağlamda çalışmanın amacı, 2022 yılında Borsa İstanbul Sürdürülebilirlik endeksine kayıtlı olan imalat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren 24 firmanın 2021 yılına ait raporları ile web sitelerini incelemek, yeşil boyutlarını ne kadar uygulayabildiklerini benimseyebildiklerini, raporlardan hangi kodların ön plana çıktığını bunun sektörel bazlı farklılıklarını irdelemektir. Böylelikle uygulamalarının özümsenme düzeyi hakkında genel bilgi edinilmesi planlanmaktadır. Ayrıca yönetimine geçmek isteyen işletmeler alandaki araştırmacılar için araştırma sonuçlarının rehber niteliğinde olacağı düşünülmektedir.
