Small
value
disputes

Serbia
represent

burden

efficient
working
civil
courts.Based
setting
different
expectations
model,
economic
analysis
small
claims
shows
tendency
to
initiate
frivolous
litigation,
large
disproportion
between
litigation
costs
and
claim,
uneconomical
excessive
incentives
for
too
established
high
threshold
value.The
paper
analyses
effects
planned
changes
procedural
rules
disputes.Based
proposed
changes,
it
is
expected:
reduction
costs,
especially
attorney's
fees
more
economical
procedure
that
lowering
dispute,
will
be
harmonized
with
average
monthly
salary
GDP.Based
set
model
settlement,
it's
expected
dispute
should
lead
higher
settlement
rate,
as
well
any
increase
court
opposing
party's
optimism
can
probability
settlement.The
presents
concrete
proposals
improving
efficiency
resolving
disputes.

ABSTRACT
Metaverse
is
an
emerging
digital
space
that
uses
innovative
technologies
to
allow
users
facilitate
building
relationships
virtually
and
create
new
interaction
opportunities.
Even,
the
financial
sector
has
been
disrupted
by
metaverse
involving
assets,
cryptocurrencies,
blockchain
technology,
decentralized
finance.
The
objective
of
this
paper
focus
on
novel
intelligent
systems
with
potential
for
application
in
area
have
a
better
knowledge
current
research
topics,
challenges,
future
directions.
A
systematic
literature
review
was
conducted
analyzing
papers
technological
innovation
sector.
Following
PRISMA
methodology,
we
selected
29
primary
studies
from
five
scientific
databases
be
included
review.
results
show
11
types
are
applied
sector,
developing
innovations,
among
which
most
discussed
cryptocurrency.
Among
opportunities
use
brings
reduction
transaction
costs
discussed.
Finally,
open
challenges
identified,
relating

technologies,

integration,

birlikte,

formasyona
mühendisler

tarafından

Metaverse’ün
yedi
katmanının
dikkate
alınması
gerekmektedir.
Sonuç
olarak,
Metaverse'ün
eğitime
