This study examines how employee work satisfaction and general well-being in the tourism industry are affected by environmentally friendly activities. An extensive analysis of every facet involvement with sustainable practices indicates a strong correlation between job projects. Training, resource distribution, management assistance all crucial promoting involvement. Obstacles like ignorance inadequate rewards come to light as serious issues. The offers strategies for removing obstacles maximizing participation, it highlights benefits eco-friendly both business success satisfaction. Future research should concentrate on comparative evaluations longitudinal studies advance understanding application range contexts.

This study aimed to analyze the correlation between green human resource management (GHRM) and organizational excellence through a postpositivist worldview. Respondents covered were employees of Vacation Rental Company (VRC) with at least six months experience within organization. GHRM Scale by Malik, Hayat Mughal, Azam, Cao, Wan, Zhu, Thurasamy (2021) Organizational Excellence Shakhour, Obeidat, Jaradat, Alshurideh used for online survey. Thirty-five (35) eligible respondents have participated. Mean, standard deviation, Spearman rank coefficient employed. Results showed that was displayed in VRC rather high degree, while exhibited degree. There linear, positive, significant excellence. Each aspect positively significantly correlated GHRM.
