El artículo tiene por objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre estrategias de ventas y fidelización los clientes en una empresa capacitación virtual. Investigación básica, nivel descriptivo correlacional, diseño no experimental transversal enfoque cuantitativo. Población de: 10,032 personas muestra 370 clientes, muestreo probabilístico  aleatorio simple, técnica e instrumento a encuesta cuestionario, respectivamente. Metodología hipotética-deductiva. cuestionario presentó confiabilidades Alfa Cronbach 0,942 0,955 para las variables estudio. Como resultados descriptivos se obtuvo un buena 97 % estrategia alta 96,5 como resultado inferencial alcanzó valor significancia bilateral 0,000 Rho Spearman 0,832. Se concluyó virtual relacionan manera significativa con coeficiente correlación positiva alta.

Buradan hareketle; fijital, inovasyon, inovasyonun temel unsurları konseptlerine tanımlar değerlendirmeler sunulmuştur. ikinci aşamasında, inceleme 2007 ile 2024 yılları arasında yapılan Scopus veri tabanında taranan seti olarak seçilmiştir. Kullanılabilir olan 284 adet araştırma üzerinden R Studio Biblioshiny yazılımıyla bibliyometrik analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. The purpose of this study is examine effects perceived effectiveness e-commerce institutional mechanisms on customer stickiness under mediation role value co-creation platforms. In this research the problem is generation of wastage in home dispatch (HD) process and reverse logistics a retail sector company, so its main objective will be to reduce them.The DMAIC methodology was used for improvement.The engineering tools correspond Lean Six Sigma such as standardization Poka Yoke.After simulating improvement proposal with Arena software, results obtained were, at 95% confidence, reduction number reentries, wastage, absenteeism, evidenced by decrease confidence interval limits.For quantity reentries indicator, simulated yields [43.7081 ; 49.8239] units product re-entered, resulting values lower than those current situation, according [99.7428 111.3172] re-entered.For an approximate [6.3968 8.8032] wasted, [21.4576 25.8744] wasted.For absent customers [2.5717 4.0949] customers, [31.1758 37.1562] customers.
