The
study
examines
the
effect
of
digital
services
trading
on
economic
growth
panel
data
from
five
(5)
world
regions,
namely,
Africa,
Asia,
Latin
America,
Europe,
and
Organization
for
Economic
Cooperation
Development
(OECD)
between
2005
2021.
employs
quantitative
experimental
methods
Panel
vector
autoregression
(PVAR)
models
as
dynamic
estimators
Fixed
Effects
(FE)
static
estimators.
PVAR
model
analyses
indicate
that
trade
has
a
significant
positive
long-run
Gross
Domestic
Product
(GDP)
in
all
regions.
For
every
1%
increase
trade,
GDP
OECD
region
increases
by
6.75%,
followed
Europe
at
3.19%,
2.11%
1.02%
is
lowest
African
0.82%.
FE
also
shows
similar
results.
These
findings
confirm
hypothesis
deep
internet/digital
penetration
positively
impacts
efficiency
trade.
study,
therefore,
recommends
policymakers
developing
regions
should
investments
deepening
infrastructure
which
include
among
others,
promoting,
policy
regulatory
measures
augment
installations
rural
places,
skills
to
mitigate
illiteracy,
promoting
adoption
cutting-edge
technologies.

study
narrows
its
focus
to
the
Yangtze
River
Delta,
an

region
in
China
known
for
advancements

digital
economy
and
low-carbon
technology.

contrast
previous
studies,
we
also
examine
heterogeneous
effects
between
central
non-central
cities,
as
well
role
of
local
financial
development,
when
analyzing
impact
on
innovation.
Based
data
41
cities
from
2011
2019,
find
a
significant
direct
promoting
effect
Furthermore,
development
indirectly
enhances
innovation
through
development.
The
analysis
reveals
positive
with
stronger
observed
cities.
These
findings
suggest
several
policy
recommendations,
including
finance,
green
fostering
regional
integration
