Preserving human well-being has become challenging for businesses, which continue efforts to overcome managing business processes concurrently, due the cumulative effects of psychosocial risks at work that may seriously impair one's health. By focusing on this need, paper proposes a more effective and realistic way measuring job satisfaction comprising by integrating multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methodology. Simplified PIvot Pairwise RElative Criteria Importance Assessment (PIPRECIA-S), i.e. selected MCDM method, is used weighting domains based opinions employees working company in Türkiye, who also provide their attitudes towards through 36 items Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS). This uses nine subscales JSS represent relevant risks. Three developed scenarios discuss effectiveness proposed subscale-weighted measurement presenting having different ranges standard scores relative scores.

Further development improvement these drives need for small dimension, high integration density, cost-effective electronic devices. Achieving optimal performance in devices involves overcoming engineering challenges related microstrip line signal integrity. This research addresses impact surface mount technology (SMT) component pads on integrity, proposing a novel high-frequency structure mitigating impedance discontinuities. The study introduces stepped lines explores characteristic compensation techniques. A six-layer printed circuit board (PCB) is presented, effects integrity analyzed using time-domain reflectometry scattering parameter measurements. results demonstrate effectiveness methods aligning with desired values, thereby ensuring improved matching transmission coefficients. average over-the-length proposed applied was measured be 52.7 Ω, which only 1.3 Ω (2.5%) more than that reference microstrip. Applying plane cut-outs leads maximum compensated absolute value 30 reach target 10% tolerance. contributes valuable insights advancing maintaining robustness lines.
