The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has introduced new impediments to delivering and accessing dental care. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic experience, research into anticipatory measures for pediatric care is necessary prepare future pandemics or other public health events. This study sought explore factors influencing mothers’ anxiety over taking their children dentist during pandemic. We conducted an explorative qualitative with social cognitive theory (SCT) as its theoretical framework. In-depth interviews mothers aged 6–12 years in five areas Surabaya were selected method answering inquiries. To improve transparency, we employed a 32-item consolidated criteria reporting (COREQ) checklist. Thematic data analysis revealed three primary cross-cutting themes: internal (personal) factors, external (socio-environmental) interaction between factors. Based on interviews, factor sub-themes impacting maternal child treatment emerged: knowledge, self-efficacy, risk perception, trust dentist, experiences child’s visit. Moreover, noted: transportation, bulk information, costs. Findings that interacted each influenced benefits by contributing development strategies policies services under unforeseen crises.

Abstract Artificial intelligence (AI) virtual assistants are rapidly growing, permeating people's daily lives and work. However, some trust risk issues prevent the acceptance use of AI by users. Thus, understanding roles perceived in user is crucial. This study develops a comprehensive research model based on unified theory technology (UTAUT) to explain assistants. extends UTAUT adding users' perception risk. The hypotheses validated through structural equation modeling with sample 926 assistant Results show that gender significantly related behavioral intention use, education positively usage experience attitude toward using. variables, including performance expectancy, effort social influence, facilitating conditions, assistant. The COVID-19 pandemic has prompted a reevaluation of educational modalities, shedding light on the potential incorporation tax distance learning (TDL) in higher education. This study investigates intricate relationship between psychosocial environments (PLE), anxiety, and satisfaction levels TDL. Applying quantitative methodology with survey-based research strategy, data were collected through questionnaire from sample undergraduate taxation program students odd semester academic year 2022/2023. PLS-SEM was applied for analysis. findings reveal that PLE variables—instructor support, active learning, enjoyment online learning—are critical determinants, suggesting nuanced interplay factors influencing TDL outcomes. However, uncovers paradox where high-quality instructor support fosters despite inducing anxiety. Interestingly, student interaction, collaboration, personal relevance, authentic autonomy exhibit limited influence during pandemic, potentially due to altered dynamics landscape. absence direct link anxiety (TDLA) (TDLS) is explored, considering individual differences coping mechanisms complex interweaving cognitive, emotional, motivational components within Self-Determination Theory framework.
