Abstract
Artificial
intelligence
(AI)
virtual
assistants
are
rapidly
growing,
permeating
people's
daily
lives
and
work.
However,
some
trust
risk
issues
prevent
the
acceptance
use
of
AI
by
users.
Thus,
understanding
roles
perceived
in
user
is
crucial.
This
study
develops
a
comprehensive
research
model
based
on
unified
theory
technology
(UTAUT)
to
explain
assistants.

UTAUT
adding
users'
perception
risk.
The
hypotheses
validated
through
structural
equation
modeling
with
sample
926
assistant
Results
show
that
gender
significantly
related
behavioral
intention
use,

positively
usage
experience
attitude
toward

The
COVID-19
pandemic
has
prompted
a
reevaluation
of
educational
modalities,
shedding
light
on
the
potential
incorporation
tax
distance
learning
(TDL)
in
higher
education.
This
study
investigates
intricate
relationship
between
psychosocial
environments
(PLE),
anxiety,
and
satisfaction
levels
TDL.
Applying
quantitative
methodology
with
survey-based
research
strategy,
data
were
collected
through
questionnaire
from
sample
undergraduate
taxation
program
students

semester
academic
year
2022/2023.
PLS-SEM
was
applied
for
analysis.
findings
reveal
that
PLE
variables—instructor
support,
active
learning,
enjoyment
online
learning—are
critical
determinants,
suggesting

interplay

influencing
TDL

paradox
where
high-quality
instructor
support

despite

The
coronavirus
disease
2019
(COVID-19)
has
introduced
new
impediments
to
delivering
and
accessing
dental
care.
In
light
of
the
COVID-19
pandemic
experience,
research
into
anticipatory
measures
for
pediatric
care
is
necessary
prepare
future
pandemics
or
other
public
health
events.
This
study
sought
explore
factors
influencing
mothers’
anxiety
over
taking
their
children
dentist
during
pandemic.
We
conducted
an
explorative
qualitative
with
social
cognitive
theory
(SCT)
as
its
theoretical
framework.
In-depth
interviews
mothers
aged
6–12
years
in
five
areas
Surabaya
were
selected
method
answering
inquiries.
To
improve
transparency,
we
employed
a
32-item
consolidated
criteria
reporting
(COREQ)
checklist.
Thematic
data
analysis
revealed
three
primary
cross-cutting
themes:
internal
(personal)
factors,
external
(socio-environmental)
interaction
between
factors.
Based
on
interviews,
factor
sub-themes
impacting
maternal
child
treatment
emerged:
knowledge,
self-efficacy,
risk
perception,
trust
dentist,
experiences
child’s
visit.
Moreover,
noted:
transportation,
bulk
information,
costs.
Findings
that
interacted
each
influenced
benefits
by
contributing
development
strategies
policies
services
under
unforeseen
crises.
