This study examines how land use diversity and density influence Gen-Z's travel patterns in developing cities like Indonesia, where public transport infrastructure is limited. Analyzing history data from GMaps Timeline for 1,057 individuals over 150 days, the research finds that factors significantly affect daily trip numbers mileage. Differences mobility between Gen-Z older generations are noted. The underscores importance of accommodating preferences urban planning to enhance sustainable mobility, emphasizing need robust support.

ABSTRACT This study investigates the relationships between environmental awareness, travel motivations, tourism knowledge, and intentions to choose sustainable destinations. Using a survey of 495 participants Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS‐SEM), we examine how financial constraints moral reflectiveness moderate these relationships. Our findings indicate strong positive correlation values support for tourism. Travel knowledge about tourism, attitude all significantly contribute tourist's intention sustainably. Interestingly, gender moderates influence motivations on values, while reflection link Financial did not have significant moderating effect. provides valuable insights stakeholders in industry, highlighting importance aligning strategies with tourist emphasizing benefits encourage responsible practices.

This article critically analyses and compares the sustainability orientation of Generation Z in India United States examines its role their employer selection, using Theory Planned Behaviour. Our qualitative study employs Narrative Inquiry method includes 30 participants—15 from 15 States—aged between 19 26 years, who are either currently employed or preparing to enter workforce within next few years. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. The findings our research show that subjective norms contextual realities can play a significant shaping Z’s personal attitudes towards perceived behavioural control making important life decisions, such as choosing an employer. These contribute significantly literature on bear implications for higher education sector employers.
