Abstract This study investigates the challenges hindering implementation of Digital Transformation (DT) in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) by thoroughly reviewing literature. It identifies multiple dimensions and subdimensions these barriers to offer valuable insights help HEIs navigate their transformation processes successfully. By doing so, they can effectively address changing requirements students society an increasingly digital environment. followed PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses) guidelines, synthesizing data from 20 relevant peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 2024. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف وتحديد العوامل المهمة التي تؤثر في نية أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتبني تقنيات الصناعة 5.0 جامعة الموصل، بالاعتماد على نموذج القبول التقني (TAM). تم تصميم استمارة الاستبانة لمسح آراء عينة من التدريسيين، مقياس ليكرت ذي الخمسة أوزان. جمع (463) استجابة أسلوب المقطعية. إذ بدأ البيانات شهر نيسان (2024). تحليل باستخدام برمجيتين هما: (AMOS) و(SPSS). تشير النتائج أن سهولة الاستخدام المتصورة لتقنيات بشكل إيجابي ومعنوي المنافع لها ومن ثم الموقف تجاه الاستخدام، كما إن المتوقعة ونية القبول، وإن استخدام يؤثر كبير النية الاستخدام. تؤكد الدور الحاسم للتعاون بين الإنسان والروبوت تعزيز الإنتاجية والابتكار. ويؤكد ضرورة تتبنى الجامعات التقنيات لتظل قادرة المنافسة. وتوصي بتنفيذ برامج تدريب ودعم شامل مقترن بآليات التغذية الراجعة المستمرة، أجل تبني الجامعة.

This paper explores the integration of digital technologies and tools in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning Jordanian Higher Education through qualitative open-ended online survey. It highlights perceptions 100 EFL instructors, each with minimum five years experience, on transformation process.
