Este artículo examina la relación entre educación, el bienestar social y papel del deporte interacción social. Utilizando un enfoque cualitativo basado en una revisión bibliográfica, se analizaron estudios relevantes para comprender cómo influye desarrollo integral individuo. Los resultados revelan que participación deportes tiene impacto positivo rendimiento académico, fomentando habilidades sociales de liderazgo. Sin embargo, identificaron barreras significativas deporte, incluyendo factores económicos, accesibilidad, culturales género. Las iniciativas comunitarias las colaboraciones emergen como herramientas efectivas superar estas promover inclusión comunitario. En discusión, destacó necesidad integrar los programas educativos abordar existentes garantizar más equitativa diversa deporte. تهدف الدراسة إلى تطوير طرق تدريس التربية البدنية وتحسين تجربة تعلم الطلاب في مجال البدنية، وتهتم ان تساهم تصميم مناهج تعليمية مبتكرة ومتكاملة لمادة وفي تحديد الأهداف التعليمية وتنظيم المحتوى وتحديد الطرق والوسائل المناسبة، توفير بيئة تفاعلية ومبتكرة للطلاب، تتبع وقياس أداء وتقديم ملاحظات فورية لتحسين أدائهم. منهج الدراسة: استعمل الباحثون المنهج التجريبي لمناسبته لطبيعة هذا البحث، وذلك بإتباع التصميم لمجموعة تجريبية واحدة باستعمال القياسات القبلية والبعدية مجتمع وعينة قام باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من طلاب المرحلة الثالثة للعام الدراسي (2022/2023م). وعددهم (200) طالب واستنتج -أن هندسة المناهج شهدت تحسنًا بنسبة 88.35٪ استراتيجيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بنسبة67.5%- أن المنهجية الرقمية 70.28 %، ويوصي الباحثون: السعي دائماً استخدام تلك المعايير بناء الالعاب المختلفة مادة وعلوم الرياضة.

Purpose : Research has explored online physical education (PE) throughout the pandemic and started to identify its lasting results. This study investigated how teachers implemented PE a year into COVID-19 what challenges remained or were overcome from onset of pandemic. Method Using an explanatory sequential mixed-methods design, ( N = 607 ) completed survey about teaching during 20 purposefully sampled participated in follow-up interviews. Results Quantitative data indicated that rated themselves less effective as continued. Despite this decline, reported standards with significant differences across grade levels. Qualitative findings provide context relating four themes. Conclusions Effective requires pre- in-service professional development on integrating technology, enhancing traditional skills, developing assessment strategies. The highlights instruction must adapt evolving digital world.
