In
the
context
of
digital
transformation
education,
online
training
is
one
important
ways
for
teachers
to
improve
their
professionalism
and
promote
quality
education.
However,
studies
have
shown
that
teachers'
suffers
from
insufficient
learning
engagement
other
problems,
so
it
crucial
explore
factors
influencing
mechanisms
action
in
training.Taking
589
who
participated
as
research
subjects,
study
used
methods
survey
statistical
analysis
influence
mechanism
academic
emotions
motivational
beliefs
on
based
dual
perspectives
control
value
theory
expectancy-value
theory.The
found
that:
(1)
positive-high
arousal
emotions,
self-efficacy,
task
significantly
positively
predicted
engagement,
respectively;
(2)
negative-high
negative-low
negatively
engagement;
(3)
self-efficacy
mediated
relationship
between
respectively.The
concluded
by
creating
an
immersive
environment
educational
meta
universe,
personalized
precise
big
data
adaptive
technologies,
establishing
a
multi-dimensional
three-dimensional
support
service
system,
which
can
effectively
enhance
effectiveness.

Abstract
This
study
examined
the
relationship
between
pre-service
teachers’
epistemological
views
and
their
assessment
conceptions,
as
well
how
beliefs
components
contribute
to
variation
in
conceptions.
Utilizing
a
quantitative
descriptive
correlational
research
design,
data
were
collected
from
197
teachers
at
Fitche
College
of
Teacher
Education
Ethiopia
through
Epistemological
Belief
Questionnaire
Assessment
Conception
Questionnaire.
The
analysis
involved
correlation
multiple
regression
techniques.
findings
revealed
significant
association
conceptions
with
strong
‘omniscient
authority’
‘simple
knowledge’
sub-dimensions.
However,
‘quick
learning’
sub-dimension
exhibited
weaker
relationship.
Furthermore,
showed
high
level
agreement
concepts
improvement
school
accountability,
whereas
irrelevance
was
moderate,
yet
students’
accountability
not
significantly
related
beliefs.
Generally,
uncovered
meaningful
assessment.
study’s
could
highlight
need
incorporate
progressive
advanced
into
educational
programs
such
teacher
education
improve
professional
competencies
that
would
have
cascaded
effects
on
teaching-learning.
