Abstract Background The dental industry is associated with significant environmental impacts so there a growing need for eco-friendly practices in dentistry. This study aimed to assess interns’ knowledge and regarding dentistry before after the implementation of educational program. Methods An interventional quasi-experimental (one group pre-test-post-test design) was conducted on 69 intern dentists at Faculty Dentistry Alexandria University. Abstract This study examines the growing importance of sustainability in dental practice, highlighting role dentists cultivating environmental awareness and climate consciousness. Quality of life (QOL) is based on their perception position in respect to goals, expectations, standards, and concerns, as well culture value systems, workflow workplace situations while it influences quality services. In this study we aim report dental nursing academians’ QOL well-being at the end third year COVID-19 pandemic. The World Health Organization Life-BREF Scale (WHOQOL-BREF) tool, recording Physical, Psychological, Social Environmental dimensions QOL, was used. WHOQOL-BREF modified a spiritual, coaching/mentoring approach two-step designing validated procedure. SHQOL-BREF (Spiritual Healthcare version) designed for study, uploaded, filled online during April-June 2023. La sostenibilidad en odontología se fundamenta la necesidad de integrar prácticas ambientales responsables dentro del campo dental, y procesos que minimicen el impacto ambiental negativo, promoviendo salud pública eficiencia económica. Esta integración abarca desde reducción emisiones carbono hasta gestión adecuada residuos optimización uso recursos naturales. Objetivos: El objetivo esta revisión narrativa es evaluar las estrategias actuales sustentable para identificar métodos efectivos ayuden a reducir huella clínicas dentales. Métodos: investigación fue estructurada partir un árbol búsqueda (PubMed, Google Académico, ProQuest, Scopus). Se utilizaron como limitadores los idiomas: Inglés, Portugués Español; artículos libre acceso, cualquier tipología estudio investigación. Establecimos una selección secundaria título resumen acuerdo al estudio. Resultados: inicial mostró 6.092 estudios cuyo estaba relacionado con patrones búsqueda, excluyeron 6.025 función su resumen, resultando 67 potencialmente relevantes. Luego lectura, fueron excluidos 24 no cumplían criterios inclusión: Así, finalmente seleccionaron 42 presente revisión.
