This research aims to examine the influence of ethical self-identity on green purchasing, mediated by purchase intention. The study elucidates pro-environmental behavior concerning environmentally friendly products that support issues related circular economy in digital era. methodology employs a quantitative deductive approach test hypotheses. A survey design was used investigate purchasing behavior, with sample size 205 respondents from Surakarta city area. Non-probability sampling utilized employing purposive method. Instrument tests included assessments for convergent validity, discriminant as well reliability using Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability, confirming valid reliable results. These instrument hypothesis testing were conducted Smart PLS 3.2.9 software, generating output outer model inner model. Under the background of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality," development public low-carbon behavior is an important guarantee for environmental improvement. The in-depth study response mechanism to policies could effectively promote green transformation lifestyle. This paper explores heterogeneous through scenario-based experiments, uses multiple regression analysis examine factors that influence response. results show different policy guidance, interest appeal, implementation cost, commitment affect policies, these effects also differ among individuals with responsibility, awareness, time preference, peer influence. portrays dynamic change in attitudes toward from both perspective perspective.
