Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah paradigma pendidikan dengan memperkenalkan berbagai model pembelajaran berbasis internet, seperti e-learning, blended learning, dan hybrid learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sistem, instruktur, layanan pendukung terhadap kepuasan belajar mahasiswa dalam lingkungan e-learning. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif metode asosiatif, penelitian data dari 241 program studi ekonomi Universitas Terbuka. Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan hubungan antara variabel independen dependen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa memiliki positif signifikan Kualitas sistem yang baik menciptakan akses lancar stabil materi pembelajaran, instruktur memainkan peran sentral membentuk pengalaman kompetensi pedagogis interaksi baik, sedangkan memberikan dukungan teknis emosional meningkatkan mahasiswa. Implikasi temuan dasar bagi lembaga e-learning memperhatikan aspek teknis, instruksional, pendukung.

Background: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Expectation-Confirmation (ECM) integration model are commonly used to analyze the intention use technology in education.
