This study aims to determine and examine the influent of visionary leadership total quality management through organizational culture on competitive advantage education at Private Islamic Junior High Schools (MTs.) in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung. research includes quantitative ex-post facto type with a sample 205 teachers proportional random sampling. The data collection documentations questionnaires, then results were analyzed by using correlational methods regression analysis, path Sobel test. showed that both directly indirectly, variable: leadership, management, partially simultaneously have positives significant influents advantage. In percentage terms, is influenced by: 34.2%, 48.8%, 79.8%, three variables are 91.2%, if increase, so will also increase.

Change management plays a key role in enhancing sustainable organizational performance dynamic global business environment. This study investigates the dimensions of change (i.e., readiness change, climate for and processes) boosting higher education institutions (HEIs) through knowledge transformational leaderships as mediators. employed an explanatory, quantitative, cross-sectional approach collecting data from top private HEIs Malaysia. Purpose This study explores how educational leadership practices leverage diverse expertise and perspectives of stakeholders when designing curricula to better prepare students for success in the 21st century. Purpose This study aims to determine the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership (KOL) on innovation capability (IC) and internationalization higher education (IoHE) examine role IC as a mediating variable.
