Cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) nanoparticle were obtained by different synthesis methods: coprecipitation (CO), ultrasonically assisted (US-CO), followed mechanochemical treatment (MC-CO), microemulsion (ME) and microwave hydrothermal (MW-HT). The structure cation distribution are investigated XRD diffraction analysis Raman spectroscopy. parameters such as chemical shift, quadruple splitting hyperfine field site occupancy of Fe3+ determined M?ssbauer 57Fe-M?ssbauer spectr? the CoFe2O4 ? w?r? measured at room temperature in 12 mm s-1 Doppler velocity range. samples fitted with extended Voigt-based fitting method.
