In order to optimize the pressure relief gas extraction process for 1504 working face in East 2 of Dalong Coal Mine based on its mining and conditions, a physical model airspace using two preliminary processes—a high-level oblique borehole directional long borehole—was established COMSOL 6.2 software. The changes effect boreholes were analyzed through simulation advancement face, reasons low utilization rate outlined. effects horizontal distance from side air return lane, spacing, negative analyzed, was optimized applied field. results showed that had better effect, higher rate, superior cost savings, thus preferred process. Additionally, optimal parameters 30 m spacing between boreholes, 20 kPa pressure.

At same time, multi‐hole pumping, influence area adjacent larger than single‐hole spacing should be less twice pumping.
