Presently, numerous universities in Saudi Arabia have embraced online learning following the experience gained during COVID-19 pandemic. While several studies assessed quality of and student satisfaction that period, limited research has explored students’ post-pandemic control despite planning to offer some courses online. Investigating is crucial for predicting assisting enhancing outcomes learning. Consequently, this study aims examine with by proposing a model derived from updated Information System Success Model. Technological disruption and the COVID-19 pandemic have challenged SMEs to adapt digital consumer behaviour, necessitating transformation. This study examines impact of literacy on transformation, exploring antecedent factors shaping government's role in providing IT infrastructure.
