Perceived ESG performance refers to stakeholders’ assessment of a company’s efficacy in implementing and maintaining initiatives. This perception is crucial as it influences trust engagement with the company. The present study aims test relationships between perceived Chinese e-commerce firms their employees’ green behaviors, mediating role psychological climate moderating actions: substantive vs. symbolic. This empirical research investigates the impacts of green human resource practices (GHRM) on employee behaviors and innovation in United Arab Emirates. A self-administered questionnaire collected data from UAE hospitality sector. Of 320 surveys sent, 180 were used for statistical analysis. The study found that performance management (GPM), involvement (GEI), recruitment selection (GRS), compensation reward (GCR), training development (GTD) all had a positive significant impact task-related (TRGB), voluntary (VGB), (GI). stands out three key reasons.
