This study examines the perceptions of students using ChatGPT in Malay language. To meet aims, We adopted theory technology acceptance model (TAM). The focuses on system quality, information service user satisfaction, perceived net benefits, and awareness ethics plagiarism. Data were collected through a Qualtrics survey. finding informed that quality achieved mean score 3.375, indicating ease use flexibility. Information received 3.27, suggesting accuracy usefulness. Service scored 3.207, reflecting adequate technical support consistent performance. User satisfaction was remarkably high, with 3.334, demonstrating strong confidence contentment ChatGPT’s functionality. Perceived benefits 3.337, highlighting language skills communication efficiency enhancements. Meanwhile, ethical considerations moderately addressed, 3.115, need for improved education responsible use. findings suggest is valuable tool language, areas further enhancement practices. At same time, understanding users’ will also help create between relevant AI resources, inform policies use, enhance learning experience learners.

Currently, the picture book market for adult readers is on rise, and development of AR (Augmented Reality) technology has introduced new possibilities its growth. This study aims to explore factors that may influence intention use books. We employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method analysis. Through offline recruitment experiential sessions, we collected analyzed 332 valid questionnaires, constructing a structural equation model user behavior intentions. Functional experience, action aesthetic emotional experience all have positive effect adults' The path coefficients these relationships are relatively close, at 0.275, 0.225, 0.176, 0.267, respectively. Perceived interactivity perceived playfulness, with largest coefficient among relationship paths 0.585. Furthermore, both playfulness positively functional experience. four experiences 0.473, 0.388, 0.413, 0.342, respectively, while those 0.359, 0.368, 0.362, 0.422, Based findings, offers recommendations optimizing design books adults, aiming enhance their reading meet needs, provide valuable guidance future this emerging industry.

The current study highlights the potential of multimodal large language models (MLLMs) to transform higher education by identifying key factors influencing their acceptance and effectiveness.
