Observing
peaceful
natural
environments
has
been
shown
to
restore
cognitive
abilities
and
reduce
stress.
As
a
result,
visual
access
is
becoming
increasingly
common
in
educational
settings.
However,
most
current
research
on
classroom
window
views
examined
elementary
secondary
schools,
only
some
university
classrooms
have
used
as
study
sites.
This
investigated
the
relationship
between
naturalness
of
physiological
emotional
responses
standardized
tests
attentional
focus
(learning
efficiency)
students.
Thirty
participants
(undergraduates
21.16
±
1.01
years
old)
viewed
architectural
for
3
min
each,
measures
EEG,
HRV
index,
psychometric
Semantic
Differences
Questionnaire
Emotional
State
generated
data.
Measurements
were
generated.
The
results
indicated
that
view
significantly
enhanced
theta,
alpha,
beta
waves
brain
activity,
provided
sense
comfort,
relaxation,
pleasure,
increased
learning
efficiency
compared
view.

support
beneficial
associations
campuses
students’
mood
efficiency,
emphasizing
importance
considering
planning
designing
classrooms.

random
sampling

academic

revealed
gender
differences

strategies,
female

higher
scores
avoidant
emotion-focused
coping,
while
male
leaned
towards
problem-focused
coping.

stress

significant
predictors
poor
quality
(p<.05)
participants.

relationship

green
spaces,
strategies
aligning
SDG
3's
ensuring
healthy
lives
promoting
well-being
all.
Furthermore,

not
directly
address
factors,

indirectly
emphasizes

conducive
